Hoang Lam is now undertaking a new 03 project to implement a full ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Partnering with EPICOR, which has over 20,000 customers in 150 countries, we are making good on our commitment to offer stronger support to our customers while offering great solutions to help us internally improve.

A direct benefit of using a good ERP system will help in eliminating a great many of the normal business issues faced on a daily basis, implement better risk management & internal control, and improve customer relations as a result of better business processes. Hoang Lam are going live with the whole project in 2017, and we look to improve productivity, increase efficiency, decrease costs, and streamline process
